September 2010 — "We came here for a special occasion, since we normally don't believe in overpriced tiny portioned food. Well, the portion was great for me being a small person, but my husband is a big guy and he wasn't happy afterwards. I started with the "Butchart Gardens" martini which was very good. The waitress actually does the shaking in front of you at your table. Does it make the drink more fresh if there's no 60 second delay between the bar and your mouth? I guess :). My salmon was delicious but the carrot puree was a strange side, although I suspect it was more of a presentation thing than to actually enjoy as food. The tempura roll as a starch side was an interesting idea. "
