August 2011 — "We stopped in at Boston Pizza in Sylvan Lake to order two pizzas to take to our cabin to have for dinner. The pizza was absolutely horrible - I've never seen anything like it. It was completely dried out, lacked toppings and had no flavour. We could barely get our teeth through it to eat it. It seemed like the pizzas had been made the previous day and had sat in the oven or under a heat lamp for 24 hours. They were absolutely awful, but because we were a 15 minute drive away from any other food alternatives (or returning it) we were stuck with it. We later found out another family member had the same experience from BPs in Sylvan Lake last summer, so this is not an isolated incident. Stay away! The worst part is there does not seem to be any mechanism to report this or complain to BPs about their food. What a shame."

"Good Eats at Boston Pizza!"Denny
March 2008 — "After a long day of work, my crew and I needed to find some food fast. We spotted Boston Pizza and knew pretty much what to expect. We decided to dine in the lounge, which was pretty nice. This restaurant is brand new, the TVs were showing sports games and it was relaxing atmosphere.
Our server came to our table quickly and took our order. I chose to have the Homestyle lasagna since I had had it before at another Boston Pizza and quite enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the fact that they had O'douls, because not everywhere carries that type of non-alcoholic beer.
Everyone seemed to be very satisfied with their meals, too. One guy had the bruschetta pizza, because he is vegetarian, the other guys had the spicy penne and the beef dip. All meals looked really good.
I was completely satisfied with my experience at this Boston Pizza. The food was great, the service was good and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for after a hard day's work."
