June 2010 — "Recently myself and a friend decided to dine at 360. The place is gorgeous! quaint and cozy! I never usually leave reviews for restaurants, but I was so impressed with my experience here that I had to let everyone know!
This is a diamond in the rough. The waitresses were attentive and very knowledgeable about the diverse menu and wine selection, they are also very bubbly and a pleasure to talk with.
My friend and I first shared the Rice Rolls. These were great. They were fun to eat and had lots of flavor! Not to filling and not to heavy!
I then had the Lamb shank as my main, which was the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. I have never had lamb taste so good, the meat was so tender it just fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. I don't think anything could ever top that meal.
My friend had the Seafood Stew and has been raving about it for weeks. She also agreed that 360 is the best restaurant in Alberta.
Considering the amazing ingredients that the chef uses, and the effort and care that goes into the cooking and preparation of these dishes, the menu should be much more expensive!!

April 2009 — "My husband and I went to 360 for lunch on a Sunday. This restaurant is small and very quaint with a nice comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant was not very busy and therefore it was not too loud. I really enjoyed my lunch which was a sesame crusted salmon salad. The salad was a mix of the salmon, greens, fresh apple pieces and cranberries. The dressing was a light sweet citrus ginger dressing. The salad was extremely fresh, very light yet filling enough for lunch. The salmon was cooked just right and was not too “fishy” for my liking. I really appreciated the mix of flavours. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. I used the restrooms at the restaurant and they too were clean and comfortable. The price for the salad was a little more expensive than a café but the qualify was worth the slightly higher price. I will definitely visit this restaurant again for either lunch or dinner. "

January 2009 — "A one of a kind in Lethbridge for sure! 360 Inspired Cuisine on 5th street is the perfect place for a casual (but for Lethbridge, upscale) dining experience. A nice ambiance, simple but goodlooking place settings and an adventurous menu with dishes that all seem to have that special and unexpected touch to them. I started out with the steamed mussles in curry sauce and my husband had the crabcakes. Both dishes were delicious. Next I had the duck confit and my husband had the seafood ravioli. Again, beautifully presented and done to perfection. We shared a creme brulee which was more than enough for a perfect ending to a celebration of our taste buds. The staff was professional, knowledgable and very friendly. A good selection of wines made this a very nice evening out. The menu is on the pricier side with what you usually see in Lethbridge but well worth it if you want to treat yourself or someone else to a very nice evening out. My compliments and I cannot wait to come back! "
