July 2011 — "The Customer Service in the lounge was prompt and friendly, and the food was hot, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. Everyone except my Mother ordered pizza, she had the chicken parmasan with garlic mash potatoes. My Brother ordered the Tuscan pizza, my Father ordered a beef and fresh tomato on multi-grain bread pizza, and I ordered a half-Zorba the Greek, half-Great White North pizza. Lots of toppings, crispy crust, and very satisfying - great value for my money. The location is great too, on the edge of town for hungry travellers driving and about 5 minutes from the airport for those flying into town."

February 2009 — "I have yet to be let down by Boston Pizza. I realize it's not geared towards "fine dining", but the food, service and value is always positive. If I'm on the road and struggling to find a place to eat, I know I can count on Boston Pizza. I recently took a client out for lunch and was again fully satisfied with the experience, we were greeted quickly, sat in a good location, (we were asked if we preferred a booth) and our meals came quick. I am a sucker for a good steak sandwich and this one was hit the spot. The server was very attentive offering refills on the beverages and when we were done brought the bill quickly so I could get my lunch partner back to work - I will always gravitate towards BP, it's has not let me down, and a bonus is there are lots of them spread out through the provinces. (my kids like it too)."
