May 2009 — "My husband, daughter and I went to La Mezza Luna for a Friday night dinner. We arrived around 5:15pm and the restaurant was not very busy yet. We ordered a pizza the La Mezza Luna Special pizza. It had pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon, green peppers, shrimp and onions on it. The pizza was extremely good except that the shrimp were not the de-veined shrimp. Otherwise the pizza was very tasty. The pizza was made and ready fresh for us within a reasonable amount of time for a fresh pizza so we were happy with the speed of the food. We had our 22 month old daughter with us and we felt that the kids menu items were a bit expensive at $7.50 each. The atmosphere was plain and casual and it was not too loud. The service was alright, although our waitress did not go out of her way at all, she was decent enough. I would likely go back to this restaurant and order the pizza again, without the shrimp. "
