October 2009 — "I had heard about ChopStix from my friends and had never tried the food. I thought that quick, Chinese food couldn't be any good. I stopped by in July to try the food and I was wrong. This food is delicious. I love that I can see the cooks making the food. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. This is now my favorite restaurant in Lethbridge. "

February 2008 — "This is some of the best chinese food I have ever had and the best part is it is in a fast food setting! The quality of the food is great and it is so delicious! My only complaint is it can maybe be a buck cheaper or they can give an extra scoop. I would eat here a couple times a week if I could. "
