February 2011 — "We purchased Dilly Bars and Cones from your location for dessert today. The Ice creams cones were very good and the ice cream as we have previously enjoyed. The Dilly Bars ice cream was obviously not as it has been made for years and it was gritty lik eit had sand in it and did not taste good. Needless to say it is our last time purchasing this product in your store. Upon reviewing the packaging, I could see that the bars appear not be made in store any longer and has compromised the quality substantially. All of our guests were unable to eat the dilly bar once they hit ice cream. The chocolate it was good until they hit the sandy ice cream. Very disappointed and wondering what is left for summer treats this coming season - I await your reply as to what is made in store. As has been the norm for as long as DQ has been in Airdrie. How unfortunate. Thanks for listening..."
