October 2008 — "It has been a few months since I ate at Flip Burgers in Launceston but I am still thinking of the burger I had there. It was so good that I just can't get it out of my head. Flip Burgers is an unassuming place that, obviously, specializes in burgers. They have an enormous variety of burger types including a wallaby burger (not my kind of thing) and a couple of different kinds of veggie burgers. I had the burger called the Dirty Rotten Hippy. It is made with sweet potatoes and seasoned with cumin and mustard. And, as I mentioned, it was fantastic and I am still dreaming about it. I ordered the small size and could still barely fit it in my mouth. The large size would have been way too much for me. All of my dinner mates equally enjoyed their burgers and we were all raving about the place. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and busy. But it is the burgers (oh the burgers!) that make Flip Burgers such a perfect place to grab a bite."
