November 2008 — "I recently took my 5 year old grandson to Smitty's for a pancake breakfast. I just want to commend the waitress for the friendly and efficient service we had. The menu at Smitty's is perfect for kids and they have a big selection of "kid friendly" items on the menu to choose from. My grandson felt very important because the waitress spoke directly to him and he had the opportunity to order his own meal just by showing her one of the photos on the menu. An extra bonus at the end of the meal was the chance for kids to choose a toy from the Smitty's Treasure Box. The waitress also signed us up for the Toy Club and after 6 meals kids get a special toy from the restaurant. I recommend Smitty's as a nice family restaurant. The meals are good and reasonably priced, the restaurant and rest rooms are clean and the service was great."
