November 2008 — "We were lured into Ponzi's by the lobster signs on the front lawn and the hopes that we could get a few lobster rolls (our other favorite spot down the way, was closed for the season). I initially was going to turn around and walk back out once I saw the interior, but something told me to give it a chance. The decor is shabby and junky to put it simply, lots of "stuff" piled around and dirty little booths near the cash area. Lots of local men were in having coffee, but we knew from the start that we would be taking our meal to go. They did offer lobster rolls which were very tasty and fresh. The ladies working there made up for the strange decor (or lack thereof) and were very friendly. Although we were happy with the finished product, we can't wait for the Pirate to open up next year! Probably won't go back to Ponzi's due to the interior of the restaurant. "
