February 2011 — "Delicado’s on Fort Street is a great restaurant/deli known for their famous hand rolled wraps, home made salsas, hummus, salad’s and more. The atmosphere is south western style with eye catching décor. I love Delicado’s on Fort Street; it’s right on the corner of the street and has a high energy feeling but relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the food is made fresh and quickly. I tired the Mediterranean specialty wrap with an organic soda. It only took a few minutes to get my wrap. I noticed how busy the restaurant was over the time I stayed to enjoy my wrap and read a great book. The food is great, and the prices are reasonable. They also have a small deli to purchase their homemade salsas, humans and salad’s to enjoy at home. If you are looking for a healthy alternative, head to Delicado’s on Fort Street."

September 2010 — "What to do for lunch? That's the question.
This is the answer. The Southwestern style wraps here are huge and incredibly good; just bursting with flavour. They also have a deli counter where they serve some exceptional hummous varieties and other treats.
From where we sat, we could see into their tiny but productive kitchen and I can assure you they make everything from scratch. And you can taste it; that wonderful hand-crafted quality of their salsa. Also worth noting; they have that fantastic aloe drink that I love so much!!"

"Wraps & South Western Style dishes"

November 2008 — "Seven of us decided to check out Delicado’s located in a busy downtown corner of Victoria. About half of us had been there before. This was my first time there and one of the first things I noticed walking in, is the south western/Mexican style décor. Also, there are about 5 tables with a maximum of 4 seats each but a friend point to a flight of stairs on the side where we found seats to accommodate all of us at one table. With this loft, Delicado’s can accommodate for larger groups. The menu is broken down to Roll-ups, On a Plate, and Special Wraps. Also on the side, there are many different very delicious-looking salads and salsa’s. I ordered a falafel specialty roll-up that had falafel nuggets, southwest rice, mexi cheese, cucumbers, tomato, spinach, red onion, chipotle sauce all held by a curry tortilla. Everything on the menu can be altered and there’s about 10 level’s of hotness to choose from. My wrap was okay if there were fewer onions and a tastier sauce but overall, I’d rate it an average wrap. A friend pointed out their salsa and said it’s excellent. I’d go back to pick up some salsa and try some of their salads (everything can be ordered to go) but there are better wraps elsewhere in Victoria.
