August 2008 — "We stopped into Montana's after going to an afternoon movie. My daughter and I were starving and she picked the restaurant. We sat on the bar side of the restaurant on the high table which thrilled my daughter who is 13. There were two television screens within our view with sports playing. The restaurant wasn't very busy but it was 2:30 in the afternoon. My daughter had the chicken finger dinner - that's what she has most of the time when we go out so if she says it's good, she would know. And she did say you really liked her lunch. I had a chicken ciabatta sandwich with fries. It wasn't anything special but it was good. The portions were generous. The service was great and we enjoyed sitting and chatting and watching the monster trucks on TV. We took our time and didn't feel rushed at all. The waitress asked us if we wanted to change the channel! Over all, I would return to Montana's but not for a special night out. It is an average restaurant but an appealing place to take children with big tables and very large menu to choose from. "
