May 2011 — "Myself and a group of friends recently visited Creations Dining Room. Upon coming into the lobby of the hotel, we were greeted with the gorgeous decor! It was unlike we had ever seen! We were promptly seated at our cozy table for 4 in front of a fireplace that was made of glass on both sides. Talk about a new take on romance and ambience. We were greeted by our server who was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu and fine dining. Our appetizers - Bison Maki Rolls and Lamb Lolipops - were served promptly and with wonderful plate presentation. Main course was delicious. We shared a few dishes amongst us, including Bison Meatloaf with Whipped Yukon Golds, Rack of Lamb crusted with sweet potatoes and spinach and served with Wild Rice and fresh vegetables, and Green Tea Salmon served with Truffle Mac and Cheese and Vegetables. Desert came on a sample platter with special recommendation from our server so that we could try a bit of everything, and Chef David O'Connor himself served it to our table!! This experience was one to remember, we will most definitely be dining here often and recommending it to our friends."
