September 2009 — "Bill Matticks is the restaurant at Cordova Bay Golf, it has a great outside patio area with warm overhead heaters which makes all the difference. We had played a nine hole round of golf and got a great deal, nine holes plus a meal for $40. The inside of the restaurant is large with a big screen TV on the wall but we choose outside as you have a view of some of the golf holes plus the heaters are great once the sun starts to go down. The nine and dine menu offers either the grilled chicken breast or red snapper salad and I went for the chicken. The chicken was excellent, served with vegetables and the price on the menu was almost $18.00 so that means nine holes of golf cost just over $20; that is a great deal. The price for the nine and dine deal drops to $30 in the winter months so definitely worth a try."

August 2008 — "A friend & I had just finished a game of golf at Cadorva Ridge and decided to have something to eat & drink. We decided to try the Cordova Bay Golf course restaurant just below at Maddicks farm. Our timing was not the best because a group of ladies had just finished a tournament and pretty much filled the place. We were not in a hurry so we decided to stay and sit on the patio. It took about 15 minutes before we were brought menus and then another 15 minutes to have our order taken. 10 more minutes for a beer and a glass of water. Another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Granted they were busy and the young waitress was very pleasant. I had the large garden salad with chicken. My friend had the small caesar salad. Im glad I had ordered the large even though I was still felt hungry afterwards. The large salad was approximately $10. I didnt feel it was adequete to call it a large. Too much time had passed at this time and I couldn't be bothered to order and wait for something else. I saw someone at the table beside us having a wrap. It looked worthwhile. The setting at the golf course was lovely with beautiful planters and a view that is breathtaking. Timing is everything."
