November 2010 — "I typically go to a different sushi restaurant in town, but was at Ebizo this week on the recommendation of a friend. He is a bit of a "sushi connoisseur" so I was happy to take this advice. I was very happy with the restaurant as a whole, but what really stood out was the quality of the sushi itself. It is apparent that they use very fresh fish, and the rolls had lots of fish in them- I find that some restaurants can be a bit skimpy... The service was also very friendly and quick, which is good considering it went from empty to full in 30 minutes flat. I would recommend an 1130 lunch if you are planning on going... I think Ebizo just may be my new sushi spot in town, I may have been going to the old place so long that I didn't know what I was missing!"

September 2008 — "If you know you want to go here, I definitly recommend making reservations. We were lucky to get a table (for 2) and heard people getting turned away. The sushi was delicious as was the green tea ice cream. We recommend the Rainbow Roll and the Chop Chop Scallop hand roll made in the spicy version. You won't be dissappointed!"
