July 2008 — "We hit Willow's Galley for Supper on a beautiful Saturday evening, waited in line with the other hungry costumers, placed our order, and then walked around Estevan Village for a few minutes while waiting for our fish. When our meal was ready, we grabbed it to go, and walked a couple blocks down to Willows beach to enjoy it. Now, I've heard that Willows Galley does some of the best Fish and Chips in town, and I've wanted to try it since the first week we moved to town...I was wondering if it would live up to it's reputation. Well, the Fish was pretty good. Not too greasy, but maybe a little bland. The same goes for the chips. I enjoyed the meal, but not as much as a couple of the other fish shacks in town. Absolutely nothing to set them apart, but I've got no complaints. You can't beat the location if you want to grab a meal and eat by the water. I might be back, but probably not for the fish. I hear they do one of the best burgers in town, so I'll be sure to check that out next time."

June 2008 — "I have been to a few fish & chips joints in town and I always come back to Willows Galley. There were 4 of us this lunch hour and everybody was pleased with their dish. Three of us ordered the Halibut burger and one ordered the fish & chips. All the orders came with a large portion of fries. This $11 burger had a thick piece of halibut, tarter sauce, lettuce and I also had a side order of pickles. Delicious!
Willow's Galley has room enough for about 5 people comfortably with a couple picnic tables outside. Most of their business is take-out and my guess is that these folks head straight for the beach, as it's a couple blocks down the road. When we arrived, there were only a couple people sitting inside and no line-up. After we ordered, there was a line-up out the door (we were fortunate to get in sooner as this is the norm!). I'd recommend calling ahead with your order. Well worth the visit! "
