July 2009 — "I have eaten here four times in three weeks while staying in Atlanta. I will be eating at least five times more before leaving. The food is outstanding and the beer is the coldest. If you like seafood, pork, or chicken you would pick the right spot in Mama Ninfas. Varied menu has something for everyone. Be prepared the meals are a little large, so bring an appetite and take home a doggy bag. Can't beat Mama Ninfas for value in downtown Atlanta."

June 2008 — "We had a fairly large group looking for someplace to eat that wasn't too expensive. We found this restaurant near our hotel located in the downtown area of Atlanta. There were several places to choose from but most were more expensive. The Ninfa is in the basement of an office building. Like most Mexican restaurants this one did not lack in bright colored walls and decorations and long wooden tables. We were seated immediately because there were not many people there. Our waiter turned out to the owner. He as very attentive and served us well. We all ordered mixed drinks like margharitas and sangria. They had many flavours of each. The menu was extensive with the usual selection of Mexican food. Most of our party ordered enchiladas and I had a steak fajita. The enchiladas were huge. My fajita came with great fanfare - sizzling in a hot pan. It was an average fajita with green peppers, steak, onions and cheese. We all enjoyed our meals and the price was right in the end. After all, we were looking for an affordable meal on one of our last days on our trip. The restaurant was clean and the service was very good. I would recommend this place as somewhere to go later in the evening when you want something to eat that is tasty and relatively inexpensive. It is a big place so entertaining large parties is not a problem. "
