June 2008 — "We stopped in Pincher Creek as a convenient place for lunch between Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump and The Pincher Creek Hutterite Colony. I had begun to think that we would have to go to a chain restaurant, but we were saved by the cute bakery Celestial Sweets. We spied the place from the main street in Pincher and noticed people sitting outside on a deck. Inside is a very clean modern place with a couple of wood tables and chairs and an overwhelming aroma of fresh baked goods, pies, cakes, scones, muffins and pastries, enough to make your mouth water. The goods are all on view as is the very pristine looking kitchen and we soon choose a tuna sandwich and a couple of cranberry and orange scones. We washed these down with a strawberry spritzer and coffee and it was just what we had hoped for, I will definitely be calling in again."
