July 2011 — "The Landmark Cafe in Victoria-by-the-sea in PEI comes highly recommended by many of the locals. The town itself is worth visiting for a couple of hours. Parking is available a couple blocks away at the tourist information centre. The Landmark Cafe is one of the few restaurants in town and it is also closed between lunch and dinner. It is quaint but not much to look at from either the inside or the outside. The menu is relatively short featuring many seafood items but includes a variety of styles from Cajun to French to Italian to Thai. The scallops always seem to be a hit and I liked them because they were not battered like many other places. Served with a salad and bread, entrees are worth the price (most entrees cost about $20). The staff is very friendly and make every patron feel welcome. Though the price here are more expensive than most places, the food is worth the price."
