June 2011 — "My friend and I chose Cactus Club before attending Cirque du Soliel for its funky atmosphere. My first time at this restaurant, I was pleased with what was in store for us. It was clean, with excellent mood lighting, and plenty of booths, including two person booths, which is great because it means you don't automatically get a table for being a small group. We were seated immediately without reservations ( a Wednesday night around 6pm). Our service was prompt, and my Bellini was one of the best I've ever had! Delicious blended drinks. I had the chicken fingers, which they were nice enough to substitute their honey mustard sauce for a sweet chili sauce. My only issue was that the menu was a little more pricey than restaurants of comparable quality in the area. It was a great hang out, and I think it could also be really nice for date night."

October 2008 — "I took a long time family friend out for her birthday lunch the other day. My sister who works for the business sector met us there, as her office was one block away. Parking was not the easiest. We managed to park in a parkade and plug the meter for 3 hours in case we wanted to pop into a couple shops afterwards. Parking was about $6. It was dimmly lit when we walked into the Restaurant but enhanced with lots of little lights and water features with lights in the tank. Also decorated with lots of glass & crome along with some really swanky chandeliers. We had reservations for 12:15 and probably a good thing as the place seemed very full. The restaurant had an elegant fine dining yet business atmosphere. Starters ranged from $7 to 12. The salads came as a side for $7 or $8. We ordered the Larger sizes with cajun chicken which were priced at $15. Pastas, Burgers and Sandwiches averaged around $14. More substantial Entrees ranged from $20 to $30. They did have a wide variety of menu items that even picky eaters could find something they liked. The ingredients seemed to be paired with unique combinations proving to be very popular & flavourful. The restrooms were very modern & clean. It was a very nice lunch and I would go again.

December 2007 — "If you want a good burger, stir fry, quesadilla and the like, then the Cactus Club Cafe is a safe bet. You won't find anything groundbreaking here, but it won't disappoint either. Probably one of the the nicest men's restrooms I've ever seen."
