November 2007 — "This bakery has the most delicious and yummy bread I've ever tasted. From the moment I walked in the bakery I knew I'd be in for a treat. There's nothing like the scent of fresh baked breads and goodies. I especially love their Multigrain Sourdough Bread and Cinnamon Rolls. Since everything is baked fresh daily, be sure to head out early before it's all gone. I'll definitely be going back for more quality bread. "

Located in Northland Plaza, Prairie Mill Bread Co. creates pioneer breads made from 100% organic prairie wheat and mix. Fresh ingredients are used in all their products without using any preservatives or oils. They also have some sweet treats like Cinnamon Rolls and Banana Bread. They are open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 6pm and are closed on Sundays and most Statutory Holidays.
