March 2011 — "As a kid ,I've grown accustomed to pizza as I sure we all have in our life time,(even after the fact we know how imperfect it can be to our health)yet still that craving for pizza always prevails,fortunately we have all sorts of personal businesses that offer good pizza.But for those who crave all round great pizza on a more mainstream level",Pizza Hut."It really speaks for itself,but your speechless let me speak for you.The crust,alright the stuffed crust is a pizza hut original that can't be topped,the texture is marvelous,you always want more.Thats what came to my mind first thing once I entered the clean restaurant atmosphere.The waitress was very kind and didn't hover, when we ordered the pizza came in less than eight minutes,their all meet pizza,wow carniverous!,it was so good I ate the crust first(yeah,I know a little weird)then ate half the pizza leaving my friend the other half of goodness.Don't forget this hidden gem.Pizza hut is fun for all and delivers satisfaction either to your door or dining wise."

"Edgemont Location the Best Customer Service"

July 2009 — "I have ordered from the Edgemont Pizza Hut a few times now and the service and pizza have been excellent every time. I once made a large and complicated order for a group of about 20 people and the person on the phone was very friendly and accommodating, I received a discount as it was for a school function, and, when the order came, all the pizzas were hot, fresh, delicious, and exactly as ordered. On that occasion and every one since then, each individual I've dealt with there - from the person taking my order to the delivery person - has consistently been very friendly, professional, and eager to provide superior service, and the pizza has always been great. I recommend ordering from this location specifically if you live in, or are passing through, the Northwest."

April 2009 — "I was trying to think of a pizza joint to order from when the Pizza Hut commercial came on stating you can get 50 free MP3 downloads with your order if you used their onilne ordering process. I did just that and found it really easy to use! I was surprised to find that you could get half a pizza one type and the other half another type... I didn't do it this time, but I thought it was very convenient. The whole 50 MP3 thing had a catch though, you have to sign up for a trial offer and then subscribe with a monthly fee. No thanks!
I ordered an Italian Classic, which had sausage, pepperoni, salami, roast red peppers and mushrooms. The online system said it would come in about 30 minutes from the Centre Street location... it actually took less than that! I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the pizza. For a chain pizza joint, it was quite tasty."

"No Pizza For Me"

November 2007 — "My last few experiences with Pizza Hut have not been good ones. Mainly because they don't have very good customer service skills. This is what happened the last few times I tried to order a pizza or dine at one of their restaurants. One time I called and kept getting cut off, another time I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and they said they had no pineapple left so they couldn't make it (this was the Brentwood location, which is located within walking distance to two major grocery stores. I guess no one wanted to walk over and get some pineapple).
Then another time I called the 310 phone number and after being on hold for almost 15 minutes they said they couldn't input my address into their computer so I would have to call my nearest location and order from there. I was never able to get through to that location because their phone line was always busy and so I ordered from one of their competitors and got my pizza delivered stress-free in about 15 minutes.
Most recently I tried to dine-in at their Brentwood location and it was closed at 6pm due to staff shortages. I don't know what kind of pizza place their running but I think I'm through with ever getting or even just trying to get a pizza from Pizza Hut."
