May 2006 — "Anyone who loves good Indian fare should make a beeline for this charming and largely undiscovered jewel of a restaurant. Hidden away within easy walking distance of the city centre, Hansa’s offers up mouth-watering organic and vegetarian dishes in a handful of small intimate rooms. For the newcomer to Gujarati shaks (curries), the menu can be a tad intimidating, but the food is well worth the risk and the friendly staff are there to help for the decision-impaired. It’s the kind of place that immediately inspires you to tell everyone you know about it with missionary zeal. "
