September 2007 — "Recently after visiting family outside of Okotoks, we stopped at the town's Boston Pizza location for dinner. Despite being a big chain restaurant (I find quality control and food flavour at some chains lacking) I'm always happy with the food I get at this and other Boston Pizza restaurants. While my favourite menu items at the restaurant tend to be the spinach salad and bandera bread, this time I had the 'Popeye' pizza, which was topped with feta, spinach and roasted garlic. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it was pretty great. I thought the combination of toppings was interesting and found that they tasted well together. I liked the crust as well because it's not traditional thin crust, but it's also not too think. I've had very average service before at BP's but this night our server was quite good. We didn't have to wait long for food or drinks, and our bill was brought to the table promptly. My big complaint about all Boston Pizza locations is that while I think the food is very good, I also think it's over-priced for what you get. However, this alone wouldn't stop me from going back. "
