July 2011 — "I didn't know quite what to expect from Zambri's and on occasion that can produce the nicest results.
Arriving less hungry than usual, I opted for the large Caesar Salad as my main entree. It certainly did not disappoint. There was a lovely presentation, and nothing was overpowered.
For a cocktail, although not on the menu, I requested a "Sex on the Beach" beverage, and the bartender made me one of the better ones I've ever had.
Choosing to have dessert as it sounded so appealing, I had the crostata. Although this dish was accurately described as a thick pie crust with raspberry, I found the amount of raspberry to insignificant, making my dessert rather dry.
Overall, Zambri's is a restaurant I would visit again."

August 2010 — "This is an upscale everything wonderfully local (food products) restaurant. The restaurant has an Italian decor with lots of candles that romantically light up the place. They have a wonderful wine selection from all over the world. The staff is friendly and do their best to make a good recommendation. The prices that of an upscale restaurant, and local food, so obviously expensive. The Italian cuisine for the most part is very delicious. It is definitely a place that is worth checking out. "

September 2007 — "I just returned from having dinner at Zambris following a recommendation by a friend.
I have to say this was the worst food I have eaten in many years. The bread was stale, boast and tasteless. There was evidently a shortage on butter as none was provided. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar, that we had to request, was nice to soften the stale bread at a charge of $2.00 per plate.
The 'stray and hay' entree had no taste and the tomato sauce was barely visible. The pasta itself was not fully cooked and I had thoughts of a jar of Ragu sauce from the grocery store to enhance the flavor.
My friend had the Gnocchi. When I saw him take the top off the pepper shaker and sprinkle it over his dish I knew something was up there too.
The older lady who delievered our bill was very abrupt in her demeanour, this was tempered only by a 'barely have time for you' please and thank you.
If you like bland food and undercooked pasta this is the place for you. Some patrons were talking aloud of how wonderful their dishes were. We either made two unfortunate choices or they hadn't been to a good Italian restaurant before."

Featuring an open-air kitchen, at Zambri's authentic Italian cuisine is served and the a la carte menu changes on a regular basis. In addition to the casual dining room, there is a private functions room that can accommodate eight to twenty guests.
