September 2008 — "On a recent weekend getaway to the mountains, we visited the town of Invermere. Its a lovely and very interesting town, with lots to do and lots to see. We did have difficulty choosing a brunch spot as there are quite a few to pick from. Although every place in town was quite busy during the noon hour with the locals and tourists, we were able to get a table and the wait was not too long at all for our food. It was sure worth the wait. To start with, their many different blends of coffee are fresh and hot and delicious . My dining mate and I decided to go with the breakfast all day menu. We actually shared the three egg and cheddar cheese omelet. It was a massive serving and oh so delicious. It was light and fluffy and chuck full of back bacon. Our toast selections were from the best fresh out of the oven whole wheat bread. This meal was wonderful and very filling.
We hope to be able to visit this spot again."

October 2007 — "While on vacation we walked the main street of Invermere hunting for a coffee, so when the Blue Dog Cafe appeared it was a welcome sight. The coffee was pretty good. The food looks awesome and I would definitely stop in for a meal. Everything looked home-made and it was the place to be, we had to wait about 10 minutes to even place an order. Worth going back to check out what else they have."
