April 2011 — "Kim Anh Subs located on the heart of the Red Mile on 17th Ave in Calgary is one of the many choices available in the city for a vietnamese sub. In fact, right across the street is from a franchised vietnamese sub shop which serves an almost identical menu selection of vietnamese cuisine and fresh fruit beverages. It is a small store front and easy to miss if you aren't looking. The set up is that of a small deli shop so there is nio place to sit although there are chairs set up just in front of the store in the summer time for patrons to enjoy their subs. Vietnamese subs typically consist of a combination of sate meat and an assortment of picked carrots, fresh cilantro, onions, and each store's very own sate sub sauce. Certain subs add peanut sauce to their sauces so be sure to check if you are allergic. My sate beef sub was made fresh and delicious."

February 2011 — "I am proud to boast of kim Anh subs,which by the way I am proud to say I am a regular of .Its location is dynamite,its variety of subs are great and each sub offers somethimg truly unique from another,all in all I still enjoy the traditional beef sub,filled with thin carrot shavings and great veggies,cilantro to me is something that either comes with age or all of a sudden you appreciate in things it might be blended in with.I believe a little amount even brings out the satay beef.Lemon grass is always great as well. Its very filling as well, I eat one of these great subs around eleven thirty,and for me I'm satisfied well past lunch.The prices are great as well and the service is fast and efficient.To me,I've had other plane subs a little too much,maybe you have to,in that case challenge yourself to something a little more exotic.Kim Anh Subs"

October 2010 — "I was around 17th Ave and I just decided to go to KimAnh Vietnamese Submarines & Bubble tea, Coffee, a place that my friend introduced me to. I already had expectations when I went into this place and I wouldn't say that they delivered on my expectations 100%, but I was well satisfied. There isn't much seating, but if you can get a booth, there is some seating for you to eat your yummy yummy sub. I usually order the beef sate, even though the menu has a whole load of other choices, but every time I even think about ordering something else, I think about what I will have to give up to take the chance of trying something different. So, like usual, I ordered the beef sate. Very good. It has some peanut-y sate taste that isn't mouth numbing, so it hit the right spot. Pretty juicy and moist, but I think it isn't always consistent. Still good though. "
