August 2011 — "This is a lovely place...great atmosphere, friendly service and the food is supurb! You get what you pay for. This is no ordinary family restaurant. A great place to visit for a special occasion.
We have been a few times now. They have live music in the lounge sometimes, its nice to go for a drink and appetisers and listen to the local talent. The appetizers are delicious!

March 2009 — "This is an independently owned restaurant and a very pleasant change from the over abundance of chain restaurants that are found in Red Deer.
The interior is very slick and stylish and the service we had that night was outstanding. The menu is not extensive but there is something for everyone's taste - beef, seafood, chicken and pasta. There is a good wine list and our waiter was very knowledgeable about which wine would complement our meals.
I ordered the grilled salmon which I enjoyed. It was cooked to perfection and served with a beet risotto and freshly grilled vegetables. It was just the right amount of food although my friend who ordered the halibut still felt hungry after his meal. The prices are on the high side but this is a nice restaurant and you will probably never get a bad meal here.
Keep this spot in mind for a special occasion or an evening when you want to sit and linger over a meal."

August 2008 — "We went to Redstone's for our 25th anniversary, and had a wonderful time. We went on a weeknight, and when I made the reservations I noted it was a special night. We were seated and offered complimentary champagne, and everyone continued to make us feel special. There was no complaint when we lingered over cocktails and appetizers (which were great!), and we never felt rushed over a lovely special for two (the steak was astonishing, the chicken breast less so). We listened to the live music, enjoyed the recommended wine and enjoyed almost 5 hours before we took a taxi home, feeling wonderful and well cared for. I hesitated to use my coupon, after so much attention, but our server was gracious, didn't blink when he took the 10% off the bill.
I would highly recommend The Redstone restaurant for special events. Everyone goes out of their way to be wonderful, and the food was good. It is expensive, but for an event it is well worth it."

July 2008 — "We were very disappointed went we ate at the RedStone for our 2nd Anniversary. I am a rather small person, that has never finished a meal, but here I did. The portions were so small. I had the chicken, which was $30.00. The chicken was ate in three bites, thats how small it was. I also got one tiny scoop of rice and three vegetables. Count them, only 3.
I husband ordered the steak, which was $30.00. Same as the chicken, only 3 bites. One little scoop of potatoes and three little vegetables.
The total of our meal came to over $100.00 and we had to stop and get take out, because we were both SO HUNGRY.
If money isn't a problem, then head to the Redstone. "
