June 2010 — "I eat at this restaurant, at least twice per week. Their lunch specials offer exceptional value. You can substitute items for a very small upcharge, the food always comes quickly, it's always hot and VERY flavourful. Service is always great. Highly recommended"

November 2008 — "There's no better treat for the senses than to walk into Tony Roma's and smell the aroma of BBQ ribs. This is the best place for ribs - slow cooked, smothered in their special sauce and so tender they fall apart in your hands. I have always liked their lunch time meals. They have a special "two can dine" price for their special lunch time menu. It offers a good selection which includes the rib basket, the Roma burger, a pasta dish, 1/4 chicken or a sandwich and soup of the day. The service is usually very quick so workers can get in and out within their lunch hour. But that is during the week...It seems as though whenever I go there on weekends the service is entirely different. I took my daughter there late Saturday afternoon and we ordered the rib basket and the Roma burger with cheese. The service was slow even though the place was virtually empty. The ribs arrived and looked delicious but unfortunately they looked good on the top but the underside was burnt. My daughter's hamburger arrived without the usual lettuce and tomato garnish - and no cheese. I guess staffing problems could be blamed but I decided that Tony Roma's is far better when it's busy. I recommend this place for weekday lunches and dinner times but give it a miss on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. "
