June 2009 — "ate there this last night ( a friday ). Walked right in with 3 other friends and was seated immediately. The service was friendly, though a little bit slow but we weren't in a particular rush. The tri tip steak was huge and absolutely the best steak I have ever had and my fellow diners agreed. In addition, a couple sitting behind us paid 50.00 towards our meal without telling us, they were just very nice and gave the money to the server who told us afterwords. I would go back in a second, an outstanding experience."

July 2007 — "Horrible experience. My friends told me to stop going to Shaw's Steakhouse, but I had to experience it for myself and I will never go back. I respect MGE, and will continue to go to his restaurants, except for Shaw's. The staff is very unprofessional. The bar is nice until you interact with the distasteful bartenders. I will never take my family there again. "
