May 2010 — "Rosas was recommended and we were very pleased. From the moment we walked in, the flair of Italy was upon us. Seated to a beautiful set table lit with a candle arrangement & with fine linens. We soon had a refreshing water and our drink followed quickly. Our waiter enticed us with the specials and explained what a couple of the dishes were on the menu. Our selection was from all pastas, with seafood, beef, veal, or chicken. Fresh oven baked bread was served and replenish as we requested. The presentation of my Shrimp & Scallops was very pleasing, served over pasta with pesto and sun dried tomatoes. Equally amazing taste of mouthwatering seafood over perfectly cooked pasta. Did not have dessert as the meal was the perfect amount to eat. Our waiter was very attentive. The restaurant seated well over 120 people having three serving areas yet kept the European accent flair. Beautiful artwork and chandeliers throughout the restaurant. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept. A fine dining experience for locals and travelers."
