April 2008 — "I've eaten a lot of Malaysian food in my day (mom is from Malaysia and I've visited about a dozen times) and this is great food! I've taken many people there...be sure to have dessert...I enjoy the cendol! "

Located in a strip mall underneath condos, Tropika could go unnoticed even though it is located on busy Centre Street NE, just before 16th Avenue. Busy inside, it is clear that many have found their way here. Mainly Malaysian cuisine, dishes are also influenced by Chinese, Singaporean, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Indian cuisine. The menu features pictures of dishes so guests can see what they are ordering.
