October 2011 — "We visited Luigi's Pizza and Steak House, anxious to see the changes following their renovations. While the decor was lovely, the restaurant was substandard in nearly every other way. The service was actually terrible - the waitress/hostess was very intent on telling us which of our requests (eg refills for our son's 1 oz glass of juice) would cost extra, and got into an arguement with me over whether or not the chef could, or would, prepare a child's size portion of fettuccini, vs the spaghetti that was on the kids' menu. The food was fair, but not worth the price. Overall, very disappointing, and we certainly won't be back."
