March 2009 — "I went to the Earl’s restaurant in Lethbridge for dinner with a few friends. When we arrived at 7pm, we ended up having about a 15 minutes wait but that was probably to be expected on a Friday night. We were seated in a round booth which was great for conversing in a restaurant that is a little bit loud. I ordered a thai green curry dish with shrimp. It was served over rice. It was very tasty and I really enjoyed it. The portion size was quite large and I had leftovers to bring home. With the dish I had a glass of house white wine, which was also nice. After the entrée, we all ordered dessert. I had the cheesecake and it was really good. Not too dry with lots of sweet flavour. The price for the meal was average for this type of restaurant. The waitress was nice and friendly. The facility was clean overall. I will return to this restaurant. "
