October 2010 — "Dined at Sorrentinos recently (first time since re-opening with new owners and menu). The menu is skimpy compared to the traditional Edmonton Sorrentino's chain, but there were some interesting taste combinations. Although the restaurant was not busy, the service time for the main course was unacceptably long. The manager's expanation was that a large party's (10+) order took precedence over our party of 3, although we placed our orfer much earlier."

August 2008 — "A beautiful restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The drinks menu is dazzling, with a great selection on Italian liqueurs. A wonderful place for a family dinner, with plenty of dishes to impress just about anyone. An array of traditional pastas, along with veal, chicken and steak dishes. Very child-friendly with a kid's menu and coloring, which is unusual for an upscale place. The wine list is well rounded and desserts are always fresh and delicious. "
