December 2011 — "After a day of prepping and shopping for the Christmas season we decided to avoid cooking and order in.
Our usual pizza joint was closed so we decided to splurge on Sophies.
Sophies is owned by the same people as the famous Spiro's Pizza in Calgary. The pizza and food is truly out of this world...but at a high cost too!
Tonight we threw caution to the wind and ordered the "Damn Good" pizza.
We had it delivered and the delivery stayed true to the time of 45 mins. When it arrived at our door it was still piping hot!
The pizza was hot, cheezy and full of meat. Absolutely delicious.
Would I order again? Well, here is the thing....it was delicious and as a treat once and awhile...maybe? Call me cheap - but when I can get 2 pizzas just down the road for quite a bit less that are yummy too....you guess what which win out! "

I work nightshift and have ordered Pizza form many places in Calgary. Most are bland, dissappointing and uninspired - conveyor belt stuff.
Not Sophies. The Pizza sauce has something special about it.
Delivery is prompt.
Good stuff. "

August 2007 — "Did a celebrity make this pizza? It's not about money, but value for money. $30.00 per pizza. $10.00 per salad.
Sophie's offers a 10% discount for pick-up. I was so shocked at the price that I forgot to ask for the discount (not that the onus should be on the customer).
When I phoned to inquire, I was told that the pizza was discounted. Wow!
Yes, it's good. Nonetheless, it's not worth the money. "

April 2007 — "Sophie's Pizza produces some of the finest pizza I have ever eaten. However, on the odd occassion, perhaps when the owner is not present to ensure quality, the toppings are sparce and the results disappointing. If your timing is right, though, which is most of the time, you will be delighted by Sophie's top-notch pies. "

October 2006 — "I recently had take out pizza with my family for dinner and we tried Sophie's for the first time. It was amazing pizza! They offer fresh garlic as a topping, which I have never seen before -- I wonder why, since it's awesome on pizza! It was reasonably priced. We got two mediums and they fed four adults with plenty of leftovers. I wish I lived closer, because I would get my pizza from Sophies every time!"
