July 2011 — "Crepes seems to be the next big thing to open shops all around the city. There have been numerous new crepe shops opened in food courts and malls. I had the chance to give it a try at the Fresh Crepes location in the Scotia Centre food court and it was quite delicious. Crepes are quite versatile in that it can be made into a main meal or a dessert. In the crepe I had it was made with sliced roast beef and topped with lettuce and tomatoes and topped off with a bit of mustard. The result was a tangy and delicious yet healthy meal for lunch. There are also crepes which feature ice cream wrapped inside. For those who are not familiar with crepes it is basically an ultra thin pancake wrapped around whatever you like inside. It has a very soft and unique texture that is definitely worth a try."
