May 2009 — "We were craving a beer & burger, and short on cash & time, so headed to Soprano's. Moonlighting as a karaoke bar at night, it was dim & quiet when we showed up at 5:00pm for their "burger, fries & a beer for $8" happy hour special, offered daily from 4:00-6:00pm. A few working men were enjoying some beer at the bar while the game broadcast from a large screen on the stage. Our waitress was prompt and smiling, and the beer (their house lager) was good & cold, which induced us to have another. Fortunately, sleeves were on special that night for only $3.75. The burger & fries were fresh and plentiful, and would have been pretty fine had both our patties not been significantly burnt. We ate them anyhow, and left the bar only $25 lighter."
