January 2010 — "The girls and I went in for their All you Can Eat which happens saturdays and sundays 1130-330. We have been long time customers but have been cutting back due to lack of service. This last time was the worst yet, were we had to hunt down utensils, plates, napkins, ginger/wasabi, our waitress (and we waited for someone to come and check on us or our food but to no avail did this opportunity come). The worst part was when we asked our waitress near the end for the location or timing of one of our plates when she exclaimed oops! and went to another table to grab it. Ugh! With the cold bug going around we really didnt want that. After giving our complaint to the manager nothing was to be, where his excuse was just "busy" and nothing would be done.
Great food! But sadly, not good enough service for us repeating customers to come back anymore."
