August 2011 — "James Bay Coffee Café located in James Bay is one of the best cozy café’s to enjoy breakfast, lunch or just a coffee/tea and treat! The café is inviting with eclectic décor. The café is also a book café, so you can relax and flip through a book during your visit. The staff is very nice; they have great knowledge of their menu and have time for small conversations with you while preparing your order.
I tried the fresh turkey sandwich on whole grain bread which was so fresh it melted with each bite. Your sandwich comes with ripple chips which was a nice surprise and took me back to my childhood. I have a green tea which was from a local company and it when I asked for more hot water after a while, there was no hesitation, and was told I could help myself to the hot water whenever. As I enjoyed my leisurely lunch I noticed how many people were coming and going for coffee, and the staff seemed to know most of the people that came in which gives you that down home feeling.
I also tried one of their chocolate chip cookies, they are made with oatmeal and it’s on my top five great chocolate chip cookie list!

March 2010 — "Living in James Bay, I would suggest that a place like this is indispensable. They serve good coffee, tea, baked goods, sandwiches, but also sell books, provide computer/printer/fax access, and I think they even have live music.
Their hot chocolate is the best, and I love their cheese scones and oatmeal raisin cookies. But I also rely on them for any printing that I've had to do.
I actually don't know what I would do without them!
They are a real treasure."
