March 2009 — "What a splendid surprise. Divine is so worth the trip. On a beautiful sunny day we strolled all around the Olde Towne Okotoks and checked out the interesting shops! Lunch at divine was absolutely delightful. My husband and I started with Chamborg Martini's. They were a little sweet, but fitting for the day. We had the soup to start. I had the brocolli and cheddar and my husband had the ham and split yellow pea. After talking with the waitress we learned that everything is made in house and locally inspired. Even the chicken stock in made there!! For our main course I had the quiche of the day...green thai curry and snapper. My husband couldn't decide between the spaghetti, pizza or the lunch special. Finally he settled on the lunch special. Beef and Onions slow braised in Traditional Ale and tossed with penne pasta! It was out of this world. My husband said the garlic toast was the best he ever had. For dessert...which is also made there...we had a sticky chocolate carmel cake and a rhubard coconut crisp with a local vanilla ice cream. The chefs love and believe in the food they cook. The staff in knowledgeable and very competent. We will return and bring plenty of friends!! Thanks for knocking our socks off!!"

"A Great Lunch Spot"

August 2008 — "Divine is a cozy cafe in Olde Towne Okotoks. I went there for lunch and tried the Garden of Eden sandwich-avocado, sprouts, and tomato paired with a smoked Gouda-lovely. I really enjoyed the multigrain bread it was served on. The quiche is supposed to be quite good, I'll have to try it next time I'm in town. The cafe itself is quite charming, with contemporary art adorning its walls, country-theme decor everywhere and lots of natural lighting. The service was pretty quick and friendly. "
