August 2010 — "I am so glad I found this small bakery. I never usually explore the streets of Banff-I guess I had always assumed it would be a bore. I ordered a latte and had the pulled pork apple sandwich. The latte was strong enough for me to love it and the sandwich was just so flavorful and delicious. They also had a rack full of really interesting breads and I regret so much that I did not buy some for home. I just have to come back again!"

October 2007 — "The top of the menu board reads something to the effect of "good food takes time". Well for better and worse they are true. really how long should it take to get a coffee and a cookie? First a 5 person line up. But now you have to wait in line to order a coffee, Then that staff tells someone else to give you the mug, and tells some one else to get the cookie. Then You go pay that counter #1 and go to counter #2 to pickup the mug and then fill up the mug yourself with coffee. A few minutes later you get the call to pickup the cookie. Come on guys. Have the mugs out. let me pour the coffee, order, pay and pick up the cookie and have a seat. They found the slowest, hardest way to get it done. On the plus side the coffee was very nice, Lots of options, with organic this, and fair trade that, and local roasters for most of it (kicking horse coffee). The cookie was great, tasty, chewy, fresh. Nice ambiance, very family and local feel to it. Lots of local art, and pictures on the walls, tones of light. Great location, off banff ave, but still close to everything. Leave it to the burly moms if you are in a rush, but if not enjoy."
